That's why we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.


1. Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and unworn, and in its original condition.
  • Be returned with its original packaging, tags, certificates, and any included accessories.
  • Include proof of purchase or your order confirmation.
  • Show no signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse.

Once we receive your item, our team will inspect it and let you know whether your return has been approved.


2. Exchanges

If you'd prefer a different piece, we're happy to help you arrange an exchange.

Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition with all packaging and accessories.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your new selection costs more, you'll simply pay the difference. If it costs less, the remaining balance will be refunded or issued as store credit.


3. Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

Some purchases are not eligible for returns or exchanges, including:

  • Custom-made, personalized, or engraved jewelry.
  • Special-order items.
  • Jewelry or watches that have been resized, altered, or modified.
  • Earrings and other designated hygiene-sensitive items.
  • Clearance, final-sale, or specially marked non-returnable items.
  • Items that have been worn, damaged, or show signs of misuse.


4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

We carefully check our products before shipping, but if something isn't right with your order, please let us know.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please share your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a few clear photos of the item and its packaging.

We'll review the issue and work with you to find the best solution, whether that's a replacement, exchange, or refund.


5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you about the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, the refund will be sent to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or otherwise required by law.


6. Return Shipping

For standard returns and exchanges, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we'll work with you to arrange an appropriate return shipping solution.

Since jewelry and watches are valuable items, we recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service when sending a return.
