1970 Heritage Diver's Limited Edition. Designed for those who treat life as the ultimate adventure, the Seiko Prospex line meets every challenge with technological excellence and style. Part of a rich legacy of innovation in high-intensity timekeeping, Prospex continues to celebrate a long history of sports watch excellence with re-creations and re-interpretations of landmark achievements. Inspired by the Aurora Borealis or Northern Lights, with a subtly gradated dial pattern evoking the changing colors of the night sky, this exceptional limited edition is available only in a controlled-production run of 500, with the serial number engraved on each caseback. Re-interpreting Seiko's renowned 1970 diver's watch, a favorite of such daring adventurers as Naomi Uemura, the first person to reach the North Pole solo, this extraordinary timepiece offers updated technology and a durable stainless steel case and bracelet with super hard coating. The caliber 8L35 26-jewel automatic movement, hand-assembled at Seiko's Shizukuishi watch studio with the increased torque necessary for smooth operation of the enlarged diver's watch hands, beats at a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour, with a power reserve of approximately 50 hours, and provides manual winding capability. Created for scuba diving to depths of 200 meters, this superbly functional watch includes a date calendar, LumiBrite markers and hands for enhanced legibility, a curved sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating on the inner surface, screwdown crown and caseback, blue uni-directional rotating elapsed timing bezel and tri-fold push button release clasp with secure lock and extender, as well as an additional black silicone strap. Packaged in a Limited Edition collectors' box.

What Our Clients Say About Us

First off, I want to say that I absolutely love my new Seiko SPB503J1 “Alpinist”, which I purchased from Hislon Jewelry. At 34, it was finally time to buy my first “big boy” watch, and after extensive research, I landed on this absolute beauty. I contacted multiple authorized Seiko dealers in the area, and Hislon Jewelry was the only one that not only had several Alpinists in stock but was also willing to accommodate my late schedule. From the moment my wife and I walked into their showroom, I knew I made the right choice. Their display featured an impressive collection of Seiko, King Seiko, Michele, Tissot, and Rolex watches—clearly a store that takes pride in quality and selection. We were helped by Paige, who was both kind and extremely knowledgeable. However, what truly set Hislon Jewelry apart was the customer service that followed after the sale. I’ll admit—I can be a bit neurotic when it comes to expensive purchases. After leaving the store wearing my watch, I started to worry that the clasp might not be fully secure (this may very well have been in my head). My wife suggested we stop by the next morning to have it looked at. Once again, Paige assisted us, and whether my concern was valid or not, she handled everything with complete grace and professionalism. She offered to swap the watch for another one and readjusted it so it fit perfectly. She never made me feel rushed, dismissed, or uncomfortable. Instead, she made me feel heard and taken care of—and that speaks volumes about the level of professionalism at Hislon Jewelry. I am 100% satisfied with both my purchase and the service I received. I would highly recommend Hislon Jewelry for all your watch and jewelry needs, and I will absolutely be back when it’s time to add the next piece to my collection.

I can’t say enough good things about this jewelry store! The staff are honest, reliable, and truly care about their customers. They take the time to explain everything and make sure you’re completely comfortable with your purchase. It’s such a relief to find a jeweler I can trust — I won’t go anywhere else now!

I‘ve always shopped at big box jewelry stores and this week I came across this nice gem of a place -no pun intended- Hislon Jewelry. The first thing that caught my attention was the selection of watches, but I was on a mission to buy a chain. Jeff greeted me and showed me the different chain styles and gave me a lot of information on the price of gold. I felt very comfortable and the quality of the fine jewelry was excellent. I definitely enjoyed my shopping experience and I won’t be going to a big box store anymore!
