1965 Diver’s Watch Re-creation Limited Edition. Designed for those who treat life as the ultimate adventure, the Seiko Prospex line meets every challenge with technological excellence and style. Part of a rich legacy of innovation in high-intensity timekeeping, Prospex continues to celebrate a long history of sports watch excellence with re-creations and re-interpretations of landmark achievements. Available only in a controlled-production run of 1,965, with the serial number engraved on each caseback, this extraordinary Limited Edition re-creates Seiko’s – and Japan’s -- 1965 first diver’s watch, an automatic timepiece with a then exceptional water resistance of 150 meters. Offering an extraordinarily legible dial and durable enough to become standard equipment for the Japanese Antarctic Research Expedition (JARE), this landmark watch propelled Seiko into the forefront of dive watch design. Following the original model, down to the look of the limited edition screwdown caseback, this superb re-creation has been updated and streamlined for today, with a smaller 38mm diameter case made possible by the thinner, caliber 6L37 movement and a higher quality box-shaped anti-reflective sapphire crystal. With a power reserve of approximately 45 hours, the 26-jewel automatic movement beats at a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour, and provides manual winding capability. The classic dark gray sunray dial includes a date calendar and LumiBrite hands and markers, and is framed by a black uni-directional rotating elapsed timing bezel. Crafted of stainless steel with super-hard coating, this distinctive timepiece also features a black silicone strap, and is suitable for scuba diving to depths of up to 200 meters. Packaged in a special Limited Edition collectors’ box designed as a homage to the 1965 original.

Why Choose Us
What Our Clients Say About Us
First off, I want to say that I absolutely love my new Seiko SPB503J1 “Alpinist”, which I purchased from Hislon Jewelry. At 34, it was finally time to buy my first “big boy” watch, and after extensive research, I landed on this absolute beauty. I contacted multiple authorized Seiko dealers in the area, and Hislon Jewelry was the only one that not only had several Alpinists in stock but was also willing to accommodate my late schedule. From the moment my wife and I walked into their showroom, I knew I made the right choice. Their display featured an impressive collection of Seiko, King Seiko, Michele, Tissot, and Rolex watches—clearly a store that takes pride in quality and selection. We were helped by Paige, who was both kind and extremely knowledgeable. However, what truly set Hislon Jewelry apart was the customer service that followed after the sale. I’ll admit—I can be a bit neurotic when it comes to expensive purchases. After leaving the store wearing my watch, I started to worry that the clasp might not be fully secure (this may very well have been in my head). My wife suggested we stop by the next morning to have it looked at. Once again, Paige assisted us, and whether my concern was valid or not, she handled everything with complete grace and professionalism. She offered to swap the watch for another one and readjusted it so it fit perfectly. She never made me feel rushed, dismissed, or uncomfortable. Instead, she made me feel heard and taken care of—and that speaks volumes about the level of professionalism at Hislon Jewelry. I am 100% satisfied with both my purchase and the service I received. I would highly recommend Hislon Jewelry for all your watch and jewelry needs, and I will absolutely be back when it’s time to add the next piece to my collection.
A huge 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️review @ Hislon Jewelers. Working with Paige Ibrahim and Jeff I can’t say enough about my experience I decided to trade in some gold and gems that I have accumulated thru the years and past generations Gold was at an all time high and I decided to trade in and reinvent the jewels I had inherited One piece which was spectacular will always be close to my heart A little of my dad’s and mom. We created a spectacular piece I’m so grateful
I can’t say enough good things about this jewelry store! The staff are honest, reliable, and truly care about their customers. They take the time to explain everything and make sure you’re completely comfortable with your purchase. It’s such a relief to find a jeweler I can trust — I won’t go anywhere else now!
I‘ve always shopped at big box jewelry stores and this week I came across this nice gem of a place -no pun intended- Hislon Jewelry. The first thing that caught my attention was the selection of watches, but I was on a mission to buy a chain. Jeff greeted me and showed me the different chain styles and gave me a lot of information on the price of gold. I felt very comfortable and the quality of the fine jewelry was excellent. I definitely enjoyed my shopping experience and I won’t be going to a big box store anymore!
