First off, I want to say that I absolutely love my new Seiko SPB503J1 “Alpinist”, which I purchased from Hislon Jewelry. At 34, it was finally time to buy my first “big boy” watch, and after extensive research, I landed on this absolute beauty. I contacted multiple authorized Seiko dealers in the area, and Hislon Jewelry was the only one that not only had several Alpinists in stock but was also willing to accommodate my late schedule. From the moment my wife and I walked into their showroom, I knew I made the right choice. Their display featured an impressive collection of Seiko, King Seiko, Michele, Tissot, and Rolex watches—clearly a store that takes pride in quality and selection. We were helped by Paige, who was both kind and extremely knowledgeable. However, what truly set Hislon Jewelry apart was the customer service that followed after the sale. I’ll admit—I can be a bit neurotic when it comes to expensive purchases. After leaving the store wearing my watch, I started to worry that the clasp might not be fully secure (this may very well have been in my head). My wife suggested we stop by the next morning to have it looked at. Once again, Paige assisted us, and whether my concern was valid or not, she handled everything with complete grace and professionalism. She offered to swap the watch for another one and readjusted it so it fit perfectly. She never made me feel rushed, dismissed, or uncomfortable. Instead, she made me feel heard and taken care of—and that speaks volumes about the level of professionalism at Hislon Jewelry. I am 100% satisfied with both my purchase and the service I received. I‘ve always shopped at big box jewelry stores and this week I came across this nice gem of a place -no pun intended- Hislon Jewelry. The first thing that caught my attention was the selection of watches, but I was on a mission to buy a chain. Jeff greeted me and showed me the different chain styles and gave me a lot of information on the price of gold. I felt very comfortable and the quality of the fine jewelry was excellent.
